Project Management
As a leading architect company in London, we put our clients' best interests at the heart of every decision we make and every aspect of their project.

One such aspect we pride ourselves in excelling at is project management.
What Does a Project Manager Do?
Project managers are vital for the success of your venture; they’re key coordinators. Without the knowledge, expertise, coordination and communication skills of a project manager, your plans can go awry and your build could be besieged by setbacks. Furthermore, a project manager helps lighten your workload and alleviate stress; you’ll effectively have “one less thing to worry about” with a project manager on board!
What is Project Monitoring?
This involves inspecting site progress and checking all stages of the work (including structural and finishing) in fine detail.
Building inspectors will visit your site at five key stages, but may miss important construction details that have already been completed. Minimum standards must be met in order to receive the final completion certificate, but since building inspectors don’t check the quality of the work from structural to finish, project monitoring is crucial.
Within this service, Plan Masters thoroughly and regularly inspects site progress and all stages of the work. We report back to you on a weekly basis, raising any points that need to be addressed for the success and legal compliance of your project.
