Sandeep Mann
Director
Our founder and director, Sandeep, is known for his uniquely personal, hands-on approach to architectural services. He channels his creative flair and his passion for building and art into helping clients realise their design goals. Sandeep takes client expectations to another level to create spaces that deliver an abundance of style and utility.
A born-and-raised Londoner and the son of a notable builder, Sandeep discovered early on the importance of creativity. As a child, he would help his dad with carpentry work, learning to use his hands and imagination to create something beautiful and useful. Now, he immerses himself in every aspect of the architectural process; he’s equally happy when drawing plans at his desk or on a mini digger digging trenches on-site.
Before forming Plan Masters, Sandeep apprenticed at various architectural firms, designing and managing projects for high-end residential and commercial clients. His motto of “form follows function” has always shaped his design decisions; his understanding of how we interact within our spaces helps him tailor his designs to clients’ specific needs.
